I specialise in soft skills and professional skills development (which is the hard stuff!). Examples of such training and skills development are time management, emotional intelligence, the communication process, listening skills, conflict resolution, facilitation, thinking skills, writing skills and Cal New Port's concept of deep work.
I offer a service which starts with us spending time together understanding your unique environment, challenges and requirements. I then research and design an appropriate learning and development intervention for your organisation and stakeholders. I roll out the solution, facilitate a review and analysis of the impact of the solution and the return of the training investment.
I offer individual and group coaching, focusing on increasing productivity, relative happiness, decreasing stress and increasing wellbeing. Individual and group coaching can also incorporate online tools and assessments to assist getting to know each other better, to have a common language and to increase understanding, collaboration, acceptance amongst team and to ultimately increase productivity in the workplace.
The transition from the structured world of studying (be it school, college or university) to the unstructured and often unkind world of work requires guidance, support, time and effort from those that have working experience. I provide the guidance and support required to the young people and to the organisations to make the transition a little smoother and easier for all stakeholders.
